David Cameron to Lead British Conservative Party

David Cameron has won the Conservative party leadership election. This will be a breath of fresh air for a conservative party which has more or less been humiliated in three consecutive general elections. Cameron will articulate a conservative vision acceptable to British voters and do it with a smile on his face. Look out Gordon Brown.
