Liberalism on the Web

New Jersey may soon dethrone my home state Massachusetts as the most communist state in the nation. The NJ state legislature has introduced a bill that would require users of all internet forums such as this one to identify themselves with their name and address and attempts to limit the thus far unregulated free speech of the internet.

I can think of several constitutional provisions that this flies in the face of. Welcome to the People’s Republic of New Jersey.

…and the Assemblyman Sponsoring this bill is a Republican…but remember, most “establishment” NJ Republicans are RINOs and that’s part of the reason they can’t seem to win a statewide election. Until the Republicans in this state actually get a backbone and stop being the “Democrat-lite” party, they will continue to lose.
