The more money goes into the hands of anybody other than She Who Must Not Be Named is a good thing. If Edwards' campaign is invigorated over this tiff with Annie C, then all the better. The more competitive the race is on the Dem side, the more mud they'll slong at each other before the primaries. Ann is interested in herself, but so is Mrs. Edwards. Ann doesn't back down to liberal attacks and the Left hates her for it. If she wasn't so consequential, they would care about engaging her--even though they believe they're hurting the Right, who are they kidding? Does anyone who cares not know Ann Coulter or would have their opinion changed over this incident? Why are we discussing a candidate’s wife to begin with? This is the lasting negative impact of the Clinton legacy. Familial politics and power struggles are the new rage. We’re rapidly building a complex “nobles” structure that our forebears fought to abolish.

Ugh. I hate knowing history. Why can’t I just watch Paris like everyone else?
