Facts:
1. Governor has right to hire and fire for whatever reason – that’s her prerogative.
2. Monegan resigned after Gov. wanted to transfer him to another job. He was not even fired.
3. Gov has every right to protect ALL her subjects from threats and harm – even if they are relatives or neighbours. Rights to to life, equality and pursuit of happiness are unalienable constitutional rights.
4. She did not benefit herself financially. So what is unethical?

It show that French is a “HAMAN” who will be hanged on the gallows he made to hang Palin (using smears).

Voters should react by NOT voting for lawyers – including Obama and Biden.

This is where you hit the nail on the head. If this report is to be taken seriously, any public employee can effectively hold the state hostage and commit any misconduct imaginable so long as that employee has a grudge against the sitting Governor. Palin had legitimate reasons to fire Monegan. If she had kept him, she would have done a disservice to the people of Alaska and would have been criticized for it. She would have been damned if she didn’t. Now she’s damned because she did.

This won’t hurt Palin in the long run. The findings are absurd. Moreover, Palin will have her own Presidential campaign in four years that will be able to effectively refute what will have become old news and a non-story.
