On the pardoning front, Bush commuted the sentences of the 2 border guards convicted of the shooting and covering up of the Mexican drug dealer . I would go a step further and pardon.

It's the worst crisis since 1981-2; a crisis we got out of by cutting taxes and deregulating).I don't think the Dems would truly dare to dig deep with these indictments. Who in Congress was made aware of these "criminal acts" they accuse the Bush Admin of? Aren't they culpable if they didn't come forward? What happens when the Republicans take over again one day in the future, how many Democrats will be hauled off to jail for things done in the Obama Nation?
