North Korea Releases American Journalists

Bill Clinton goes to North Korea, talks to Kim Jung Mentally-Il, and suddenly the two journalists are free!  Sounds like a miracle!  While a very nice development for the families of the journalists, one has to wonder why BJ could get this done, but his wife and power and mere presence of Big Barry O on Earth could not.  Also, one has to wonder if this is just Clinton doing what he’s always done regarding North Korea — rewarding North Korea’s bad behavior (Laura Ling and Euna Lee did nothing wrong, but were punished nonetheless), hoping for something positive in return.  More appeasement anyone?

But, you don’t get something for nothing and details are thin right now.  What did NK get in exchange for releasing the journalists?  We’ll eventually find out, but I’m not hopefully that it’s anything that America can trust NK to appreciate.
