This December a much-anticipated film from writer/director James Cameron called Avatar is slated to shake things up at the box office. Cameron, most noted for Titanic (1997), Aliens (1986) and Terminator (1984), has pushed the limits of CGI (computer generated imagery), mixed in major innovations in 3-D technology and spiced it all up with a reportedly thoughtful storyline. The 100% CGI movie looks like a mix between Halo and Zelda with a love story sprinkled in. Regardless, many in the industry will be taking this movie seriously come December. Here’s the trailer:
