Obama’s CBO Headache

Why can’t the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) just go away for a few months?  Don’t they know that the Chosen One, Our Dear Leader, the Most Beneficent Barack Hussein Obama (mmm, mmm, mm) wants to fundamentally transform this nation and to do that he must have free reign in all areas, without criticism and with due speed?

Apparently not.  The Baucus Health Care Smoking Bag of Crap Reform is going to cost $829 billion over ten years, and still not cover about 23 million people who they seek to cover.  So, it costs too much, doesn’t solve the underlying problem, and erodes our freedoms.  Sounds about right for this Congress and this President.

But the big CBO number which seeks to hijack Obama’s statist health care agenda is the CBO’s estimate that fiscal year 2009 will see about a $1.4 trillion deficit.  Ouch!  Way to spear Dear Leader, CBO!

p.s.– keep it up!

The sad thing is that the state-run media is looking at this CBO scoring as a victory for Obama, saying that $800 billion is not that much.

Since when did $800 billion become not that much money?
