Obama’s State of Denial

Obama is in a state of denial.  He still thinks he is the messiah, and that all bow down and worship at his feet.  Today, Rep. Marion Berry (D-AR) announced his retirement, citing fears of a 1994-redo in the making.  When pressed further, he mentioned that Obama was in complete denial, thinking that he would come in and save the midterm elections:

“They just don’t seem to give it any credibility at all,” Berry said. “They just kept telling us how good it was going to be. The president himself, when that was brought up in one group, said, ‘Well, the big difference here and in ’94 was you’ve got me.’”

Talk about the height of arrogance.  With his numbers at historic lows, Obama seems committed to pressing ahead, staying the course.  As he does so, he will expose his radical liberalism for all to see, and further push the American people to reject the Democrats and big government.  The American People no longer drink the kool-aid of Obama.  They no longer see him as the messiah, the agent of hope and change.  In staying the course, Obama has the potential to not only lose badly in the midterms, but destroy the electability of the Democrat party for a generation.
