Jon Kyl Calls Out Obama on the Border

Last Friday Arizona Senator Jon Kyl told a North Tempe Town Hall Tea Party event why he believes President Obama is grandstanding on the new Arizona immigration law and refusing to control the borders:

Red State first reported on this and Mark Levin picked up on it.  So, the law and constitutional obligations are second to political calculations about passage of an amorphous bill which doesn’t yet exist?  Crazy, unless it’s in the Obama Nation!  Senator Kyl has not been backing down from his statements, nor should he.  When Phoenix’s crime rate amongst illegals is 2.5 times higher than their population, drawing comparisons to the kind of violence and kidnappings found in Mexico City, Arizona’s Senator should not back down one bit from exposing Obama’s likely motivation on this issue.
