Tea Party vs NAACP

The Tea Partiers across America are a new phenomenon, only organizing early last year.  Though young, it’s very threatening to the typical Washington establishment which is fast approaching its nadir.  As part of that establishment, the NAACP has turned to the “race business” as a way to stay relevant and has unfortunately become mere race-baiting shills of the Democrat Party in recent years.

So, at its convention on Monday the NAACP passed a resolution asking the Tea Party to condemn all the racism tolerated in the new movement.  But the Tea Party is not racist, nor is racism tolerated — Andrew Breitbart has offered $100,000 to anyone producing video or audio proof of that charge.  The money sits still, despite the MSMs persistent rumors and lies about it.

Unlike how Republicans would react (“We’re not racist, and to prove it we’ll pass you’re big spending bill and cower for a while”), the St. Louis Tea Party has passed its own resolution condemning the NAACP for playing race politics and effectively slurring the Tea Party without any proof!

I like their moxie and their willingness to fight back — make the NAACP defend their statement, rather than have the Tea Party prove a negative.  Are you paying attention, Republicans?
