Obama Care Challenge to Proceed

A major “return fire” against Obama Care passed a federal judge today, who refused the Administration’s request to dismiss all parts of a multi-state lawsuit against the monstrosity.

One of the counts allowed to move forward deals with Obama Care’s unconstitutional insistence that private citizens be forced by the coercive power of the federal government to purchase a specific product, in this case purchasing private health insurance whether you want to or not.

Also, another count allowed to proceed deals with the states’ obligations regarding what to pay under Obama Care’s revamped Medicaid provisions.  They seem like good challenges, but certainly not the last.  I have a feeling Obama Care’s going to be beat up handily by 2014.
