Some Dems to Cast Holder Contempt Vote

Despite what happens with Obamacare tomorrow morning, the GOP wants to move ahead with voting to hold AG Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for knowingly and purposefully withholding key documents in the “Fast and Furious” scandal.  The thing is, up to 20 Democrats have decided to sign on to the resolution!  Must be election season if some Dems are openly being honest with themselves on such a clear-cut issue.

UPDATE:  The House voted 255 to 67 (with 17 Democrats) to vote Holder in contempt of Congress.  About 100 Democrats walked out in protest, obviously needing the attention of a wah-mbulance.  While merely symbolic, should civil suit be filed in the appropriate way Holder could face real legal consequences.
