McConnell Offers Terrible Alternative Debt Plan

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, frustrated by the debt talks, channeled his inner weak-kneed RINO and offered a potential last-ditch debt plan.  Essentially, the President gets to raise the debt ceiling three times within a year without Congressional approval, not requiring any cuts to balance the increase, and ensuring a never-going-to-happen super-majority to stop him.
