September 25, 2008One of the Marines accused of murder of Iraq civilians in Haditha, Iraq, and has since been cleared, is now bringing suite against Rep. John Murtha (D-PA). The Marine, former Lance Corporal Justin Sharratt, is bringing the suite for defamation of character. Rep. Murtha had repeatedly accused the Marines involved in committing “Cold-Blooded killings”.
